Full Body Strength

Start your day strong with Full Body Strength with Mike!  Designed to kickstart your morning, this high-intensity workout combines strength training, functional movements, and fast-paced circuits to build muscle, boost endurance, and wake up your entire body before the workday begins. This class meets every Wednesday from 7–8 AM and is free for members!

This high-energy workout features short bursts of intense exercise paired with recovery periods to boost cardio fitness, build strength, and maximize calorie burn in just one hour. Perfect for anyone looking for a fast-paced, fun challenge to wrap up the day. Class meets every Thursday from 6–7 PM and is suitable for all fitness levels with modifications provided.

This class is perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a more supported and accessible way to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Pilates

Start your week with Pilates with Jen every Monday at 9:00 AM. This low-impact class focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness through controlled movements and mindful breathing. Suitable for all fitness levels, Pilates is a great way to improve posture, build strength, and leave feeling energized for the week ahead. This class is free for members, and accepts drop-ins for non-members for an additional fee.

Otter Fit

Join Josh every Tuesday at 9:00 AM for a fun and challenging circuit-style workout designed to build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. This full-body class combines a variety of strength-focused exercises in a supportive group setting, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Free for members, with drop-ins welcome for an additional fee.
